AM 1050 WLIP enjoys giving prizes away on the radio and wants to give everyone a chance to win. So, the following is our prize policy:

 

ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD IN ANY 60-DAY PERIOD FOR ON-AIR GIVEAWAYS. PRIZE GIVEAWAYS ANNOUNCED ON THE RADIO ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY. FOR PRIZES VALUED AT $600.00 OR MORE, THERE MAY BE ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD IN ANY TWO-YEAR PERIOD.

 

Exceptions to this rule are prizes won at an AM 1050 WLIP remote broadcast with a value of $599 or less. Winning a prize at a remote broadcast will not invoke the 60-day on-air prize policy stated above. For prizes won at an AM 1050 WLIP remote broadcast or event, winner(s) must be present to win, unless otherwise stated.

 

AM 1050 WLIP is not responsible if prizes become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Prizes will be available for pick up at the station

24-hours from the time of winning.   Prizes must be picked up within 30-days. Prizes that have not been picked up within the 30-day limit will be put back into circulation. 

AM 1050 WLIP is not responsible for prizes damaged upon mail delivery. Anyone

who violates the above rules risks future prize eligibility.
